Job Description: Retail Supervisor (Part-Time) 

The Esther Project – Women of Worth CIC 
Location: The Esther Project Preloved Shop, 12 Gloucester Street, Leamington Spa 
Hours: 13 hours per week (Thursdays & Saturdays, 9:30am–4:30pm, including a paid lunch break) 
Salary: £12.50 per hour 
Reports to: Shop Manager 
DBS: Enhanced (Adult Workforce)

Our preloved retail shop will generate essential income to sustain this work while also providing a safe, supportive environment for women to build confidence, develop employability skills, and feel part of a community.
